How to create an organisation chart in MS visio with out buying it

If you have Microsoft Excel installed on your PC then you can easily use the functionality insert visio add on.

This function is present in insert function of Excel.

Simply by putting the names and ids plus the reporting manager you can create org chart without buying MS Visio.

This has one simple limitation that if the organization hold number of employee more than 100 then it will not work as free.
